The best part of summer and Kenny's birthday is making this drink--- unfortunately this summer I can't partake in any but at least posting this entry will remind me to make it again once I can drink. : )

| The goods--- a huge bag of lemons from Costco |

| and a bottle of Everclear |

| Peel lemons--- which takes forever. |

| Add everclear to lemon peels-- store in a glass or steel bowl and store for a week in a cool dry place. |

| Finished product-- and already almost finished bottle this stuff is too good. |
Not pictures is the boiling of simple sugar syrup, the removal of peels, addition of the syrup to the everclear and then the storing of the drink in the freezer. I used this
recipe to make mine.
